Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using a pre-established check sheet
Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
Assist the contractors in performing the preventive maintenance.
Conducts set-up, troubleshooting, repair maintenance and calibration of equipment, tools, and machine.
Request and control inventory of machines, tools, jigs, spare parts and other consumable.
Prepare and submits related reports and documents
Secures compliance with PEZA and DOLE OSH regulations on facility improvements and annual inspection
