Salon de Rose, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Facility Officer to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the physical infrastructure and operations of our growing business. As Facility Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all facility-related activities, ensuring our workplace is safe, efficient and aligned with our company's vision.
 
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain the company's physical facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation projects to keep our facilities in optimal condition.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to proactively address potential issues.
Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of facility-related initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a facility management or operations role, preferably in the engineering, design and architecture industry.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proficient in using facility management software and tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Relevant tertiary qualification in facility management or a related field
