Provide Technical Management System on Preventive, Corrective, Calibration and other works of Building Facilities, Operations and Biomed.
Review and revise policy, procedure and guidelines pertaining to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Perform PM within the annual schedule and Corrective Maintenance
Provide Technical Management System on all service provider of Electrical, Water and Mechanical Installations of MDH
Review and revise policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining to external repairs
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as quality standards requirements pertinent to installations
Provide Technical Management of FMD Environmental and Waste Management
Pursue environmental, electricity and water conservation
Provide Technical Management of Asset Management System
Maintain updated registry of fixed assets of the Hospital
Establish and maintain a registry (inventory) and tagging of Hospital equipments
Report and evaluate all unused and unserviceable equipment prior to disposal
Provide Technical Expertise about Sites Development and Renovations/Improvement
Provide coordination during execution of hospital renovations/construction
Execute the approved plans and facilitate turn-over for use
Provide transport vehicles to staff on official duty outside MDH
Monitor/evaluate the individual performance of staff
Provide training to improve workmanship and productivity
Ensure staff discipline and implements Company's rules and regulations at all times
Responsible on scheduling daily tasks and duties of Technicians
Participate in the Quality Improvement Activities of the Hospital
Participate in the CSR Activities of the Hospital
Advocate and support all Hospital efforts and initiatives to ensure patients safety and meet patient safety standards
Performs other duties as deemed necessary
