The opportunity The Facilities/Workplace Enablement Services Assistant Director is in-charge of managing the operations of EY GDS Philippines office building. He/she keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment. Daily duties of the Assistant Director entail managing from a big-picture view, as well as dealing with details -- all of which affect maintenance of the physical premises and the security of the employees in the site. Your key responsibilities Manages and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. . Direct supervision of the team and third party service provider o Monitor and give decisions for day to day transactions o Check reports o Approvals for access control, parking, gate pass, etc. o Review Billings, costings, proposals . Attend to queries/escalations of various service line/service functions o Functions that require organic EY employee o Pollution control o Security Officer o BCP Coordinator o ERT Team Lead o ISO Coordinator o Safety Officer To qualify for the role, you must have . Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field . At least 8 years of work experience in Facilities Management .
