JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist to promote and convert business enquiries for F&B outlets for groups 10 and above and handling special projects
Maximize F&B revenues by proper yielding during peak and need periods
Handle needs of luxury partners for in-store catering and gifting requirements
Assist DOSM in liaising with F&B all outlet sales and marketing requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE
University/ College degree in a related disciple required.
Minimum of four years experience in hotel corproate sales or catering and conference planning. Experience in the hospiatality industry is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
