Job Summary:
The F&B Manager is in charge of the management of the common areas for the daily operation and the marketing of the events done in the food and bar areas.
Keeping the manpower quotes full by recruiting the manpower on time.
Building and Following onboarding & training schedule for all departments.
Make sure that a high level of customer service is given.
Make sure that the protocols are being followed.
Writing and following opening/shift change/ closing checklist and protocol for F&B areas.
Writing and following training schedules for all departments.
Manage the Daily brief according to the daily brief protocol.
Updating inventory orders according to the number of guests.
Make sure that all maintenance protocols are followed.
Keeping all BOMs updated with prices.
Keeping the F&B area in the best maintenance condition as possible according to protocol.
Make sure that waste protocol is being done.
Updating daily / monthly reports by protocol.
Have full knowledge of all the software that manages the location.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
Support on handling customer complaints and queries
Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
Meeting and greeting customers
Send invoices to the accounting department
Dealing with contractors and suppliers
Ensuring security is effective;
Providing F&B daily and monthly reports to headquarters
Has to be empathic to workers and show interest in how they're feeling
In charge of operating Public House events happening in the F&B space.
Support DJs & artists scheduled for the location.
Building a schedule of events at the location
Producing special events according to the Events Strategy
Feedbacking reports of artists who performed at Public House for future relevance.
Publish a monthly schedule for the location events.
In charge of verifying that the right playlists are playing.
In charge of Public House sound visual equipment maintenance & operation.
In charge of decorating the F&B area with concepts approved
In charge of updating a location manager with a monthly event schedule to ensure dedicated volunteers for general work in events.
Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet and hopefully exceed expectations.
Job Requirements:
Fully Bilingual (English and local language )
Strong organization and time management skills (to manage schedules, budgets, etc.)
Previous management experience
Cultural fit and community engagement
Schedule flexibility
