Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statement and analysis
Ensure compliance of government reporting and statutory obligations (BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG)
Prepare, consolidate and formulate the company's budget and mid-term plan
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
At least 3 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting
Knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, treasury or its equivalent
Experience in External compliance is an advantage.
Experience in real-estate is an advantage.
High degree of maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to respond effectively and professionally to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
