EXTERNAL AP – ANALYST (MAKATI)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Reviews, checks, verifies, and validates the sales invoices and billing statements from Vendors
Checks the goods receipt/receiving report from the Warehouseman whether or not the same is tied up with the related sales invoice / billing statement
Coordinates with Procurement Team and/or Warehouse Team for any concerns regarding the sales invoice/billing statement and good receipt/receiving report
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and applications
