Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing the logistics of international moves including the booking of vessels, aircraft, and organising the equipment required to complete the move
- Preparing House Waybills and loading plans
- Liaising with Operations department regarding transportation to and from shipping terminals of containers/air pallets and confirmation of volumes
- Preparing documentation for the shipping lines and then forwarding it on to our international partners in a timely manner
- Liaise with international agents regarding rates and the status of air and sea shipments
- Approving international agent and shipping companies creditor invoices
- Invoicing AMG agents for international origin services
- Provide sea freight and destination services rates for sales staff (nationally) and agent offices

- Proven ability to perform and succeed in the role of an export
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Well-groomed appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Proven administration skills
- Sound computer skills
- Thorough understanding of the removals and shipping industry
