We are looking for a focused and driven experienced Amazon FBA Specialist. The ideal candidate stays on top of Amazon's marketing trends, has experience with creating and optimizing listings, possesses a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create, manage new listings on Amazon FBA including planning and creating paid search campaigns
· Analyze, monitor and report account's performance metrics, sales, competitive listings and pricing
· Managing Amazon listing quality - populating all fields of a product page with accurate details
· Edit photos for optimal presentation standards
· Doing regular audits to product listings to ensure proper operations
· Doing daily, weekly, and monthly checks on the Amazon Seller Central accounts for any policy violations or account health warnings
· Communicate with clients (e.g. questions about shipping, content revisions, etc.)
· Resolve problematic transactions and maintain healthy marketplace account standing
· Staying informed with Amazon's best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates
· Amazon data entry and product uploads
· Inventory management - create shipments, reconciliation, replenishment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Experience of managing an Amazon Marketplace account
· Amazon Seller Central experience including both FBM and FBA is required
· Must understand Amazon marketing systems
· Experience Monitoring Competitors - price watching
· Experience managing listings
· Basic to intermediate Graphic Design skills
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
· Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
