JOB SUMMARY:
The job objective of the Experience Design Specialist is to assist the Experience Design Director in developing digital design solutions for clients. They are responsible for leading the production of content plans that are anchored on best practices, up-to-date platform products, and tools that meet the objective/s of our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Business Leadership
Participate in new businesses/ pitches/ projects to help expand current products/services offered by the company
Design content plans that would ensure the brand's exposure in the end to end customer journey
Client Leadership
Build good client relationships by ensuring that the objectives set are met or expectations are exceeded
Product Leadership
Create content strategies that cohesively complement channel strategies and administer the creation of content calendars, visual guides, and FAQ templates that are effective and aligned with the brand's tonality and personality
Develop content templates, guides, and manuals that meet the needs/requirements of brand briefs and campaign objectives
Devise creative solutions encompassing brand planning requirements under (1) social content development and production, (2) digital display, (3) website/app, and (4) email marketing.
Propose innovative solutions to clients, in support of the channel strategies posed by the planning and experience mapping team
Act as a digital creative subject matter expert/advocate and stays on top of trends and market demands to offer the best path forward
Operational Leadership
Supervise the experience delivery during content production, ensuring templates and/or content directions are properly applied, tonality is consistently followed, deadlines are met, and the final output is of high quality
Ensure utilization given business operating hours
Ensure data processing practices and methodologies across assigned projects adhere to existing data privacy regulatory requirements
People Leadership
Educate other experience team counterparts with up-to-date digital design best practices through learning sessions or timely updates
Collaborate with other business units by providing insights and recommendations on digital design matters, whether brand or partner influencers/publishers
Cultural Leadership
Assist Experience Designers with the transfer of knowledge on digital design learnings and best practices to the other members of the experience design and delivery team through learning sessions, workshops, and other forms of cascades
Involve him/herself in MWG initiatives, champion and maintains the winning McCann Worldgroup culture, and lead by example according to MWG corporate values
Embody the BIG values of McCann in every interaction among peers, internal and external stakeholders and by actively participating in company events and initiatives
Adhere to Agency policies

Required Experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of experience in social media
Preferably a graduate of advertising, arts, design, communications, or other related courses
Preferably with digital experience in creating content themes, plans, and calendars, whether brand or influencers or other media partners
