Short Description
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to handle day-to-day processing of expense claims reimbursement and will be the first level of Concur Tier1 support for the identified OMRON markets. The incumbent will work closely with the Finance Team Lead as well as the Omron employees and AFD representatives in the client markets in providing relevant information and basic analysis related to the processing activities identified.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Review and approve submitted expense claims for the client market.
Provide resolution to basic inquiries and concerns related to the claims and Concur expense claims processes.
Provide information and basic analysis on the volumes and process efficiencies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience:
At least two (3) years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting ✓
At least one (1) year relevant experience in Financial Shared Services
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in expense claims reimbursement
Knowledge in accounting standards
Knowledge in process documentation and workflows
Experience in continuous improvemen
