Experience : 1 year of relevant work experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Above average written and oral communication skills
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Drafts memoranda, business letters, e-mail correspondences and other forms of communication, as needed;
2. Handles internal and external communication requirements of the immediate superior;
3. Coordinates and monitors the immediate superior's schedule, and ensures that all materials and documents needed for meetings and public appearances are well-attended to;
4. Organizes and keeps track of all documents that are for signature and for filing;
5. Prepares minutes of the meeting;
6. Follows-up with departments' and divisions' documents and other pertinent matters being required by the immediate superior;
7. Coordinates and organizes meetings and other activities of the immediate superior;
8. Collates and prepares reports from various departments for information/reference;
9. Transmits directives, instructions, and other related documents to concerned officers for appropriate action;
10. Attends to specific directives and instructions of the immediate superior and monitors their execution;
11. Prepares briefers and/or talking points needed by the immediate superior;
12. Arranges documents and files for their appropriate filing, storage, and safekeeping in accordance with 5S procedures; and
13. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
