COMPANY BACKGROUND

Presently, GPI products are available in Mercury drugstore, all major supermarkets, groceries, leading drugstores nationwide. GPI products are also available online through Lazada and Shopee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Frontlines to the Chairman of the Board (COB) visitors and screen phone calls, receives and distributes mails and/ or correspondence for and from the O/P.
-Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
-Gathers data and compiles various reports for the management;
-Make all travel arrangements for executives and accompany the boss if necessary.;
-Assists in all special projects and assignments;
-Maintains the calendar plan, scheduling, and agenda to executive meetings;
-Retains various and classified files;
-Perform other related tasks ad may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Secretarial/Office Administration
-Keen to details, organize
-with a strong personality
-good communication skills
-At least 1-year experience as executive secretary
-willing to work at Quezon City
