Job Description
Provides high-level support and assistance to the President/ Executive
Supports administration and management
Acts as signatory and primary point of contact for internal and external clients
Responsible for filing and retrieving confidential company documents, reports, and records of board meeting
Maintains executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings and conferences and seminars local and abroad
Responsible in handling incoming and outgoing calls, letters, mails, packages and other correspondence
Fieldworks for task-related errands
Performs other duties as assigned by the Executives and and immediate supervisor(s)
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration and Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial and equivalent
Must be a graduate from a Top University/College;
Having a Latin Honor and/or academic awards are highly considered - Dean's Lister, Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude or Summa Cum Laude
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Has initiative and can work without supervision
Honest and trustworthy
Willing to start immediately
Can work from home
