Job Description
Provides high-level support and assistance to the President/ Executive
Prepare executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, seminars and conferences
Acts as authorized signatory and primary point of contact for internal and external clients
In-charge in preparing, filing and retrieving confidential company documents and records while ensuring its security
Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow
Prepares and processes invoices, memos, statement, and other essential documents
Responsible in handling incoming and outgoing calls, letters, mails, packages and other correspondence
Maintains a filing system for both manual and electronic reports
Fieldworks for task-related errands
Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the Executives and immediate supervisor(s)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial or any other related courses
Having a Latin honor and/or equivalent award is a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
Strong planning abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of secretarial principles, office management practices, and basic accounting procedures
Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Keen eye for details
Integrity and confidentiality
Can work remotely from home
Willing to start immediately
