The Executive Office Admin Specialist (Administrative Assistant III) is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the company executives and management team. The Associate assists with the travel requirements of the whole IM Manila Team and provides other support, as needed. Acts as focal for in-bound and out-bound travel activities Leads coordination, across relevant departments, of in-bound and out-bound travel activities including but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, In-Country Travel Team (BCD). Identifies process gaps and issues in all related travel What You Bring to the Role: Administrative Support (60%) Travel/Logistics Support (40%) The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications: Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years' functional experience. OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience. Associate Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experiences: Experience: 2 to 3 years of general office administrative experience, preferably but not necessary at a senior level. Specialized training in employee relations, project coordination, inter-office communication, email and business writing, associate administration. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. Proficient in internet research, word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation and accounting applications. Effective oral and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible, able to accept additional duties and related responsibilities as needed. Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management.
