Responsibilities:
Kitchen Management: You'll be in charge of day-to-day kitchen operations, from food prep to cooking and plating, ensuring that every meal is consistent and excellent.
Staff Supervision: You'll lead and train our kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Inventory Control: You'll oversee food inventory, manage supply orders, and work to minimize waste while controlling costs.
Quality Assurance: You'll make sure that every dish not only meets our quality standards but also delights our guests with its presentation and taste.
Health and Safety Compliance: You'll ensure our kitchen adheres to all health regulations and safety standards, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Culinary Education: A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
Skills: Strong culinary skills, with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Knowledge: A thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Team Player: You're able to work well with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Customer Focus: You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
