To succeed in this role you must have proven or demonstrated experience in:
Providing support remotely to an international Executive in a fast paced environment
Working independently with little instruction of day-today work
Solving problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercising sound judgment and advanced decision making skills within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Building productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
Getting involved in and understanding the business to enable effectiveness at problem solving and follow up.
Initiating and responding to written and verbal correspondence, including composition, editing, and distribution
Providing administrative, organizational, and scheduling structure and support
Preparing a variety of reports, agendas, including attending meetings to gather information, conducting internet and other research, writing first drafts, and producing computer graphics
Preparing a variety of documents, requisitions, purchase orders, resolutions, and other correspondence
Reviewing and summarizing miscellaneous reports and documents and preparing background documents are necessary
Creating and maintaining a system for organizing and storing both electronic and hard-copy information and records and implementing record retention policies and procedures
Acting as liaison between stakeholders and direct reports and representing and communicating issues and directives
Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars, provide reminders as appropriate, and coordinate travel arrangements
Coordinating and organizing meetings, including notification to prospective attendees, set-up, pre-and post-meeting correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and any required follow-up
Following up on assignments given to management staff and providing status reports to the Executive
Performing special projects and other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or appropriate hands-on experience)
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant remotely supporting an international Executive
At least 6 years of experience as an Admin Assistant
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Exceptional Probing Skills
Excellent Comprehension and Listening Skills
Willing to work at night (as required)
