Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare and organize documentation for meetings
Conduct research and compile data as needed
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Perform general office management tasks as required
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant
