Responsibilities:
Data Analysis : Collecting, processing, analyzing and interpreting data to assist CFO and the management team in decision making.
Communication management: Ensuring smooth communication of CFO's direction to management and to other concerned parties internally and externally. Drafts and handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. You may draft and proofread documents, memos, and reports on behalf of the CFO
Meeting coordination: Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and relevant documents. Takes meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Liaison and networking: Serving as a point of contact between the CFO and internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, clients, and government officials
Information management: Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible. Conducts research and compile data for various projects and reports.
Prioritization and time management: Helping the CFO prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Anticipate needs, proactively address issues, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Office management: Overseeing the CFOs' office operations, managing budgets, and coordinating with other support staff
Confidentiality and discretion: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information, personnel matters, and executive decisions
Special projects: Assisting with special projects, such as strategic initiatives, events, or company wide communications, as assigned by the CFO.
Relationship building: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders on behalf of the CFO, fostering positive connections and representing the company's values.
