Good English Communication Skills
Experience as an Assistant is a big advantage
Can speak Mandarin Language is a plus
Willing to start as soon as possible
Amenable to work on site
Responsibilities:
Will assist the Director on the day-to-day errands.
Attends events with the Director.
Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
Manage the Director's calendar and appointment scheduling.
