Oversee the general admininstrative and executive assistant task of the company;
Responsible for regular planning, developing, implementing, managing, monitoring the Company's Social Media (ie Instagram, Facebook, etc) strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales;
Track and analyze social media marketing performance to ensure that the correct mediums are being used and that campaigns are effective
Requirements
Graduate of any Business / Marketing Related or Secretarial courses;
Well proficient both in written and verbal communicaiton;
Must have excellent proficiency in MS Office;
With full comprehension of office management, system and procedures;
Expertise in multiple social media platforms
In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Multitasking and analytical skills
Well-organized, analytical, able to do multi-task, punctual and with exemplary planning & time management skills;
Shall undertake general administrative and clerical duties;
Must know how to keep strict confidentiality;
A tech savvy & up-to-date with advancement in office gadgets & applications;
Willing to work in Manila and to start immediately;
