JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will assist five front desk teams with client communication, including text, email, and phone messages. This would entail creating, changing, and moving client appointments and any other needs clients may have.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Assist in keeping appointment books in top order
· Request clients move appointments up/down 15 minutes to remove gaps (this is done by text)
· Ensure staff has proper breaks on books
· Reach out to clients to add on services or book appointments when the books are slow
· Take phone calls during lunches or any time there is no desk support
· Do website maintenance
· Manage staff profiles
· Upload promotional graphics
· Audit for working links and current information
· Update pricing as needed
· Send client newsletter emails once or twice a month per brand
· Keep scheduled email campaigns fresh with updated graphics and copy
· Clean and sort inbox
· Do special projects
· Work with POS (point of sale) partner on issues
· Reorder business cards for staff as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor's degree in the related field
· Experience in graphic design and copywriting a plus
· Familiar with email editor similar to Mailchimp
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment-independent worker, self-directed
