Description:
Responsibilities and tasks
· Responsible for greeting and assisting clients and visitors to our office.
· Ensure high quality customer service by cultivating relationships with VIP customers.
· Attends project site visiting and make travel and accommodation arrangements.
· Develops relationships with target guests to meet and responds to guests' needs.
· supervise the safety and comfort of Executives aboard in flights including performing safety checks, attending pre-flight briefings, demonstrating safety routines, and serving snacks to passengers.
· Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
· Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
· Responsible for clerical works, documents filing and other tasks to be assigned by the Board.
· Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
· Maintains confidentiality and security of the company's accounts, files, records, and lists.
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
· Organize and maintain the office filing system.
· Serve as Flight Attendant when required
· Coordinate documentation for plane, flights and passenger
Requirements:
Qualifications
· Preferably with work practice in bank, law firm or accounting firm
· Outstanding organizational and time management expertise
· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
· Excellent verbal and written communications expertise
· Discretion and confidentiality
