Market Job Description e Executive Office Case Specialist role will be responsible for: Account and customer information research and update within committed and regulatory turnaround time. Responds independently to inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers. Conducts research to determine appropriate course of action, conducts investigative steps to fully identify the issues, processing complex transactions, researching product information and resolving complex problems and inquiries. Serves as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters and negotiates accordingly. Market Skills and Certifications Some College/2-year Degree Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in financial services products in one or a combination of the following: disputes, claims resolution, or fraud resolution; 1+ years of experience interacting with people or customers; Amendable to work on shifting schedule including night shift, weekends and/or Philippine holidays; amendable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig. Determine appropriate course of remedial action, conducting investigative steps to fully identify the issues, researching product information, terms, conditions, contacts, etc., creating correspondence as needed, enacting responses, processing complex and/or corrective transactions on-line (including monetary and non-monetary actions). Responsible for responding to and/or researching and resolving inquiries and complaints regarding their WF trade line reported to credit reporting agencies for credit card portfolios. Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented. Communicating with other departments, managers, merchants, or vendors to resolve customer issues. Refers matters exceeding levels of authority as appropriate. Contacts customers to advise them of research outcome and expected resolution steps and timing via phoning and/or corresponding using both ad hoc and standardized letters or electronic media within committed and regulatory turn-around time. May receive occasional inbound customer calls resulting from warm transfers from service operations or from customers with whom they have communicated directly. Accountable to ensure response to Customer regarding all researched matters. Supplements portal documentation to ensure that research results and actions taken are clearly documented. Notifies leaders about trending matters and recommends opportunities for improvement.
