We are a young company in growth and are looking for someone with a high profession in Excel to help us manage the books and give a clear overview of the companies sales, expenses and inventory.
We already have an advanced Excel reporting system in place, but we would like you to contribute in improving this and continuously upgrade it to handle the rapid changes of a growing company.
You are also in charge of handling tax, salary, Pag-ibig, SSS, Philhealth, and help us find ways to lower our costs.
Since we are a young company, there will also be need to step into other roles and help with phone calls, e-mail, counting and other tasks as needed.
As for now you are expected to work at least 6 hours, 5 days a week, but this increase as we grow.
We speak English in the office.
It is of highest importance that you love Excel and want to work with it as your daily tool. It is also a benefit if you have education or work experience as a CPA or similar.
You are also expected to have knowledge about VAT and filing TAX.
