Role Summary:
Responsible for the development of all marketing-related events for various ATRAM Business Unit. Provides innovative ways to send the desired event messages to the targeted audience and advance the recognition of the company and the brand.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify the business unit's requirements and expectations for each event.
Coordinate with the various business units for the content of the events.
Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking
Create summary reports of each event outlining how data gathered from current community events can be used to develop successful future events
Liaise, build and maintain good rapport with the different departments, i.e. front and back offices.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
Preferably with at least 3-4 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.
