DUTIES
Responsible for the successful handling of groups involving 10 or more guestrooms under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Events Manager, maximizes business opportunities, ensures effective communication with clients and efficient coordination with key departments concerned.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate (HRM/Marketing/Business Management/Tourism)
At least 2 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity
An experience in handling conventions is an advantage
Must be knowledgeable in Opera and Delphi Systems
A team leader. Smart with pleasing personality
Must be able to establish and maintain good working relatioships with business partners
Organized and strategic. Must be able to provide leadership, motivation and direction to the team
