THE ROLE
The Employer Brand Experience and Events Specialist will play a crucial double agent role supporting two of the most exciting and growing areas on our Marketing team: Events and Employer Brand. While the first aspect is very operations-driven, the second one has a good dose of creativity involved, but both are crucial to growing our brand reputation internally and externally. Up for a challenge?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
On the first aspect of the role, Events, the person will have as key responsibilities:
Own the events mailboxes and act as event's client services for generic queries, with a focus on excellent delegate experience since moment 0
Support building event registrations sites and reporting on registrations numbers
Run the financial operations for global events: raising Purchase Orders requests, control payments timelines with finance, and supporting event financial reconciliation
Support the production of virtual events, specifically on testing and content readiness
On the second aspect of this role, Employer Brand, key responsibilities are:
Support the Employer Brand and Employee Experience Marketing Manager in positioning Temenos as an Employer of Choice
Support creating, managing, and growing the Brand Ambassadors network
Organizing CSR activities globally from an operations perspective
Make sure our People Communications channels (Glassdoor, Temenos.com/careers are always fresh and engaging and make sure stakeholders act on it if not.
Suggest ideas and campaigns engage our employees with our brand.
This role is thought to expand into full ownership of internal brand campaigns or full events ownership overtime.

Keen problem solver, able to analyze a situation and recommend and implement appropriate actions
