JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: This company is one of the most well known web hosting providers in the world. Their specialties include Mobile Collaboration, Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Online Meetings, Web Conferencing, Cloud Meetings, and Webinars.
Requirements:
Open for Native and non native candidates
Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both any of these languages: Spanish / German / French / Italian plus English
Minimum of 4 years experience and a proven track servicing strategic accounts
Knowledge in Software Industry is an advantage
Can start working as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Will serve as the client/customer advocate
Develop and maintain long-term relationship with stakeholders within assigned accounts
Plan and conduct on-boarding and training for new customers/ clients
Evaluates and Analyzes Client needs
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders with demonstrated ability to take direction and produce required results
Perform other related tasks
