JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
At least 3 years of experience handling the same position
Civil Engineer license holder is an advantage
Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD, STAAD or Sketch up
Hardworking and has a keen eye for details
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Come up with cost estimates for roofing and siding works.
Assist the Estimating Head in checking of cost estimates done by Estimators.
Prepare Cutting List and Job Order.
Check Job Order prior to production. Ensure that all details in the Job Order are correct.
Receive requests for estimate. Verify if plans and other details needed are complete prior to estimating.
Oversee the work of the Engineering Department in coordination with the Installation Head and Estimating Head.
Provide leadership, training, guidance, and direction to staff while ensuring that deadlines are met.
Monitoring the work of staff to ensure that they are adhering to plans, specifications, and deadlines.
Assist in recruitment by interviewing and evaluating potential candidates.
Evaluate competency and overall performance of staff.
