In three months
Clear understanding of different clients digital state and business challenges
Implementing digital campaigns without any errors
In six months
Recommend programmatic digital buys with clear understanding of the technology
Recommend Digital Media channel mix backed with analytics
Accurate reporting of Digital Billings and revenue forecasts
In twelve months
Score 4+ in the evaluation from clients on Satisfaction Survey.
Responsibilities of the role:
Develop Digital Media Objectives, Strategies and Plans for all Brands in accordance with Brands objectives and strategies and marketing environment.
Present Digital Media Landscape Reviews covering total industry and competitive trends and developments and provide implications to Communication Plans.
Digital Media Review presentations
Present Annual Digital Media Review to Brand (May).
Send Monthly Digital Media Review File to Brands
Provide long term strategic digital media planning, beginning with the current year, using Mediacom's proprietary Media Planning Processes and Tools, as well as using learnings from research/ analytics studies.
Develop Digital media planning guidelines concerning digital platforms, assets, weights, duration, scheduling and other relevant areas.
Construct and maintain the Digital Visual Media Schedule in close coordination with ATL media agency.
Ensure that the Digital Visual Media Schedule budget is accurate and matches Brand Marketing's given budget.
Adhere to digital media planning guidelines unless otherwise directed
Ensure that there is an approved or signed a hard copy of the Digital Visual Media Schedule per month.
Capture all agreements or changes made accurately and timely.
Actualized figures should match with Buying CE Summary and Billing AER.
Provide digital audience delivery analyses, other evaluations and manage digital tests if required to support media plan recommendations as requested by Corporate Media, including but not limited to: (Analysis)

Participate in digital message management decisions, addressing how much media should optimally support each creative copy.
Develop an effective Media Management Portfolio for clients and the products to ensure that's brand management portfolio strategies are faithfully translated to digital media.
What you will Need:
3-4 years of experience working inDigital Planning.
Google and Facebook certifications
Knowledge of implementing campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Knowledge of Ad Serving Technologies
Good with Numbers
Proficiency in MS EXCEL and POWER POINT
Working knowledge of Google and Facebook Analytics.
