Your team responsibilities
This position will support MSCI ESG Research's growing ESG Issuer Communications team, which is the primary point of contact for all issuers under MSCI ESG Research coverage. This role will involve engaging with issuers to explain the MSCI ESG assessment of their company, addressing their questions around the same, managing and providing oversight of all operations associated with incorporating the issuer feedback by our analyst teams across the MSCI ESG Research product suite, and will also be responsible in organizing calls to walk them through our research processes and methodologies.
We are seeking a highly organized individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is well-versed in ESG concepts and analysis, with strong communications skills, and is comfortable interacting with a wide array of external and internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities
Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Sustainability/ Environment.
At least 3 years' experience in Client Service/ ESG/ Sustainability role. Experience in ESG analysis or sustainability will be an advantage.
Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to quickly learn complex concepts and processes.
Problem solving skills - self-starter and self-motivated.
Project management skills - defining of scope, resources and timelines, and managing deliverables.
Strong written and spoken communication skills; can communicate with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team; a strong team player.
Strong computer skills with office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
