Main Responsibilities:
To generate revenues for the company by soliciting clients and servicing their trading requirements of stocks.
To adhere to the regulations governed under the Securities Regulation Code (SRC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Philippines Stock Exchange (PSE) at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Solicits clients to open equities trading accounts with USI;
Coordinates the proper filling up of Customer Account Information Forms and submits the necessary accompanying documents;
Receives, executes, and confirms all client orders and instructions;
Fills up and time stamps the necessary order slip as a requirement in receiving orders;
Coordinates with settlements, accounting, research any client requests or instructions and vice-versa'
Addresses clients concerns and complaints;
Updates clients with their positions and follows up to operations their monthly ledgers;
Gives research materials to clients;
Updates himself with corporate and stock market matters in order to provide prudent, sensible and timely advice to clients;
Maintains good relations and networks with other brokers;
Attends stockholders' meetings and company briefings, and present to clients, if necessary, regarding the importance of investing in the stock market.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
Bachelors Degree in any Business Course;
Has stock market trading experience, executing of orders for at least one year;
Required to pass SEC Salesman License;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
