CEFR B2 level required for shifters or those with prior BPO experience
At least Senior High School Graduate
Call center experience is an advantage but not required
Good communication skills (with CCE)
Excellent communication skills (no CCE)
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and account concerns
Provide accurate information and clear guidance on policies, benefits, and processes
Maintain professionalism and empathy, especially when handling sensitive health-related concerns
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
Document interactions following company standards and data privacy guidelines
