Management: Manage team of employees, contractors and partner labs to fulfill the product (obtaining lab results from people in their homes and providing the results that day)
Product management: Improve the product by working with contractors to develop apps, websites, and other user experiences.
Business development: Partner with local diagnostics labs to broker discounted rates. Partner with local clinics and telemedicine startups to provide lab testing to their customers.
User development: Talk to customers frequently to find out latest features they want to ensure "product market fit."
Entrepreneur mindset: Work in multiple different fields (product, business development, employee/contractor management) to ensure growth.
