Description and Requirements
Position Overview:
Responsible for understanding requirements, documenting and configuring business processes, optimizing and extending functionality, analyzing and building reports, and testing and delivering solutions. Assists with the enterprise-level software/systems operations including report creation, configuration management, and BAU support.
Additional Job Description
-Specific Responsibilities May Include:
Knowledge in business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and UAT execution.
Experience preparing and guiding business partners through UAT testing.
Experience with enterprise-level software/systems functions including configuration, data loads, and maintenance
Excellent change management leadership skills including communication, testing, training and business system and process transformation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multi-faceted projects.
Required Experience, Education, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
1+ year experience as a Configuration analyst or functional analyst in any HR applications and knowledge of integration points.
Strong relevant experience, or a combination of education and work experience
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in analyzing data
Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical tools
You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
Amenable to work onsite at TELUS Ortigas.
