Citi's Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) group is looking for talents to join its Analyst Program. The Full Time Analyst Program position(s) are a two-year rotational program with a variety of tracks available. The program starts in July 2023 where you will learn more about our business, strategy and shared vision.
EO&T plays a central role in driving value for Citi and its clients. Citi's EO&T has various businesses. The one's that are hiring for the Full Time Program include:
Chief Information Security Office (CISO) ensures that an appropriate level of cybersecurity governance, controls and capabilities are in place increase Citi's cyberthreat awareness and protect Citi's and its clients information assets, with end-to-end accountability across the firm.
Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provide a critical technical foundation for the firm's operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general computing services.
Global Functions Technology (GFT) delivers innovative solutions for Citi's Global Functions (Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR and other regulatory requirements) through the use of common data, analytics and platforms to enable Citi to meet regulatory commitments, mitigate risk and operate in a cost-effective manner with highly effective controls.
Citi Shared Services (CSS) provides world class scalable finance, human resources, business , travel, human capital reporting services, identification and access management to Citi's businesses and operational units.

Each analyst works in a highly collaborative environment to ensure that processes are implemented and utilized to facilitate peak operational functionality at Citi. Through ongoing professional and technical training and networking and mentoring opportunities, analysts build the necessary professional skills for future leadership positions within Citi O&T. EO&T Analysts will join an intensive training program upon joining the firm, where they will receive in-depth education on a variety of these topics to learn the fundamentals of the Analyst role, as well as the nuances of Citi's culture.

During their two years in the program, analysts will build the necessary professional skills for future leadership positions by participating in two rotations, Analyst assignments change each year based on the business needs of each EO&T group.

We want to hear from you if...
You are from a top academic institution working towards a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 or above or at least 2nd upper class honors, equivalent.
You are in your final year of university (undergraduate) or Master's study (0-2 years work experience) graduating between December 2022 to June 2023 pursuing in the below preferred disciplines below for each business, but is open for any discipline that would fit the EO&T Profile.
(For CISO- Citi Information Security Office)
Preferred discipline: Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or other technology-focused degrees with a business background.
Candidate is interested to work in a technology function of a global bank and have a fundamental understanding of risk and the application of technology within a business context including but not limited to cyber defense, cyber threats, security design principles, networking concepts, policy , legal, ethics and compliance, IT system components, system administration.
It is advantageous if they are adept in technologies used to improve business processes and client experience including but not limited to data analysis tools (i.e. Power BI), step automation, (i.e. Python, Visual Basic)
(For CTI-Citi Technology Infrastructure)
Preferred disciplines include: degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business (technology focused), and other technology-focused degrees are preferred , but not required.
You have a strong interest to pursue a technology career in a global bank and have fundamental understanding of technologies including but not limited to Network and Voice, Telephony, Mainframe systems programming, Production Operations, End User, Application Hosting, Cloud, Client Infrastructure and Enterprise Collaboration Services.
(For GFT- Global Functions Technology)
Preferred disciplines include: degrees in Computer Science, Information systems; Computer Engineering; Business (Technology focused), and other technology-focused degrees preferred, but not required.
Experience in program management or project management would be an advantage.
You have a strong interest to pursue a technology career in a global bank and have fundamental understanding of technologies including but not limited to production operations, information security, systems programming , end user support.
(For CSS- Citi Shared Services)
Preferred disciplines include: Business Management, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Economics, or any finance related course.
You have an interest working with numbers, financial solutions, processes, procedures, and systems. A technology background would be an advantage.
