Job Description:
CRM
Partners across Affiliate Brand to define, implement and execute local / ad hoc omnichannel CRM programs (trigger campaigns led by Region)
Drives omnichannel CRM strategy across the Affiliate including establishing KPIs to measure success and drive best in class analysis and practice across Brands
Where Adobe implemented: Leads build / execution and measurement / analysis of local campaigns in partnership with Brands
Where no Adobe: Partners with agencies / 3rd parties to build and execute campaigns
Consumer Insights
Leads Affiliate market research to inform local relevancy and drive Brand performance
Whenever needed assist in the interpretation of key category / consumer data and trends from a range of sources including market share and competitive tracking to Brands
Communicates findings across the Affiliate team to support data-driven decision making and storytelling
Supports insights to action; ensuring integration of consumer insights into business decisions across Brands
Analytics
Supports in the collation, analysis and interpretation of key internal data sources to drive Affiliate performance
Communicates key data and analytics findings across Brands / Channels to support data-driven decision making
Drives new analytics practices that support consumer behavior knowledge
Work closely with Brands on ongoing data analysis on consumer behavior and engagement through quantitative and qualitative analysis
Qualifications
University/College Degree, preferably in Marketing
Minimum 8 years working experience gained at comparable FMCG company in a functionally relevant position
Self starter, able to deal with ambiguity
Strong analytical skills and business sense
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
Experience in managing regional / local stakeholders
Must have marketing planning, CRM and CI experience; ideally combined with operational exposure to social media and digital marketing
