Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the execution of a systematic process of discovering, analyzing, and providing learning solutions that support business unit goals and strategic objectives.
Provides insight to and influences the overall business unit learning strategy.
Builds and cultivates strong relationship within business units, Enterprise Learning and the broader learning community. This role is the single point of continuity between the business and Enterprise Learning, providing alignment between BU specific goals and Enterprise Learning strategy.
Responsible for developing the business case for their learning portfolios and championing initiatives from design to execution through understanding and communicating results. Is capable of building training plans for their business leveraging the learning assets from the Learning Centers of Expertise.
Drives the change management agenda for business; offers expert performance consulting and coaching for senior and mid-level leaders.
Provides recommendations for actions to improve organizational performance. Advocates on behalf of the business and updates business partners regarding services available from Enterprise Learning.
Identifies and defines success measures for training interventions to evaluate the performance and business impact of learning solutions.
Gathers and analyzes data for the purpose of suggesting actions that drive continuous improvement.
Eligibility
Experience in leading teams is recommended. Candidates who have management experience will be able to draw on that experience to better understand the needs of business leaders.
Experience influencing within complex organizations.
Additionally, 2+ years experience in training delivery and/or curriculum development/design.
