The position is responsible for building and maintaining a holistic view of the organization's strategic, processes, information and information technology assets and use this knowledge to ensure that the business and IT are aligned.
The position operates across AP to drive common approaches, links and documents the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy, using multiple architectural models or views that depict how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, secure, sustainable, agile and adaptable manner.
Collaborate with the Head Enterprise Architect in the development and review of the organization's strategy, operations, products, services and technology playing a supportive role in the strategic process, including the business investment decision process to ensure the alignment of the Business Capability Model with business goals & strategies
Provide advice to high level business strategy setters, identifying threats and opportunities especially in the area of technology and technical capabilities.
Collaborate with IT and business colleagues to create a compelling strategic vision for the organization's technology; foster cross group collaborations necessary to achieve the vision;
Collaborate with IT and business colleagues in understanding the current state, articulating the desired future state and its underpinning rationale, identifying the gaps between the two states and developing a solution roadmap to close these gaps;

Promote the research,evaluation and adoption of emerging solutions by embedding enterprise architecture thinking into the organization's strategic planning and prioritization processes to ensure that it balances the short, medium, and long term planning horizons concurrently so that the organization thrives in the short term while building for the longer term
Campaigns for enterprise architecture skills building which may include coaching, training, and career development to Enterprise, Business, and IT Architects
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course
At least 10 years IT experience with 3-5 years in an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect position.
Experience architecting at least one digitization program/project in a moderately complex organizational and technical setting
Project management qualifications or equivalent of multiple years' experience managing projects. Previous experience in business process design and/or re-engineering is highly desirable;
TOGAF Certification preferred
Associate / Supervisor IT and Software Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
