WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE? * Build and socialize the Enterprise Architecture vision for the conglomerate
Builds relationships and trust with stakeholders / domain leaders to understand business strategy and future needs / OGSM
Influences / provides guidance on business capability models representing the future state vision and current state for key domains
Drive the execution of the overall Enterprise Architecture
Reviews projects and solutions for alignment to enterprise architecture vision.
Participates in RFIs/RFPs and solution design, provides guidance to architects and development teams throughout the scoping, design, and implementation phases
Partners / Influences Project management, IT, and Digital transformation office to align initiatives with the transformation roadmap
Monitors, explores, and drives POCs of new technologies
Architecture governance and change management
Define and maintain IT architecture standards and principles, manage the IT application and architecture repository
Ensures that capabilities, applications, technologies of the enterprise are maximized
Leads the management, monitoring, and resolution of architecture exceptions
WHO ARE YOU?
At least 10 years' experience in IT
5 years' experience in enterprise, solutions, or data architecture
Experience leading IT transformation, digitization, automation initiatives
Experience in solution delivery across multiple IT domains / service lines
Experience either in manufacturing, banking, retail, or real estate firms
Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Comfortable engaging with C-level leadership
Preferred qualifications
Experience in cloud and integration architecture
Preferred certifications
o TOGAF
o Agile
