The Role
As an Enrollment Supervisor, overseeing and supporting the over-all daily operations of enrollment/ maintenance of a business deal of the products under the purview of Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts. Prepares monthly enrollment statistics report and monitors daily status of enrolment.
How you'll contribute
Reviews and approves enrollment/maintenance in Digibanker systems
Verifies detail/information provided by client on the documents submitted against EQ/ CRM
Verifies client's signature on the documents submitted versus Specimen Signature Card uploaded in Luminous - Signature Verification System
Approves an Authorizing Hierarchy matrix to be programmed for the client's Digibanker Account based on the Board Resolution or ADF (for sole prop account) submitted by the client
Reviews and activate/ deactivate eligible deposit accounts, including third party account/s, collection account/s, BIPPs Buyers Debit Account and BIPPs Merchants collection accounts as encoded by the client via SBC Digibanker
Approves enrollment of SIN in UEP WAP and send ADA Activation List to BBOG Virtual Team
Reviews and create Buyer Password Administrator for BIPPs enrollment, creates Authorizing Hierarchy matrix based on Board Resolution/ADF submitted by the client
Approves deactivation of Digibanker record/module for non-compliance of original documents
Monitors sending of original Digibanker documents to CDC - Records for scanning, indexing and safekeeping
Prepares monthly Digibanker Enrollment Statistics Report
Monitors all enrolled/ regularization of Digibanker documents
.Monitors submission of summary report at the start of the week for CMS enrollments processed covering the previous week for branch reference
What we're looking for
With at least 5-10 years experience in Banking and Financial
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial, Computer Science/Information Technology
Must have a background in programming
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Background in any programming language and the banking industry is an advantage. - Must be customer-centric and a fast learner. Can multi-task and can work under pressure.
Willing to render overtime and can be assigned to provincial areas if needed. Has good written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. Can get the job done by the specified deadline
