The illustrator work is heavily centered on children’s book illustrations, though from time to time there is work doing cover illustrations or interior illustrations in other genres. JOB DESCRIPTION
 
The book marketing associate will play a vital role supporting authors with their book marketing goals. You will be working directly with the book marketing team in creating book backgrounders, websites, setting up accounts and helping to execute a number of book marketing services.
 
ROLE
WEBSITES: creating author websites using WordPress
DESIGN: creating promotional materials and graphics using Canva
STRATEGIES: helping to create marketing strategies
SOCIAL MEDIA: setting up author accounts on Goodreads, Facebook, Amazon Author Central, Instagram
OUTREACH: assisting the marketing consultant in finding appropriate influencers, bloggers, media outlets, and book retailers to contact
VIDEOS: helping to create promotional video content for authors such as book teasers and trailers
ADMIN: admin support as needed including setting up web hosting accounts, domains and web renewals
NEWSLETTER & BLOG: laying out content for the Tellwell newsletter and blog
TELLWELL MARKETING: helping as needed with Tellwell content and digital marketing projects such as Tellwell website, landing pages, email marketing, social media and other projects
SKILLS
Excellent website design skills particularly using WordPress. Proficiency in CSS and html is preferred
Strong design skills particularly using Canva. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is an asset
Social media savvy: proficiency using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Goodreads, YouTube, TikTok
Solid editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Strong time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
Working independently and under minimal supervision but also being part of a collaborative team
* Salary Range (e.g. 10,000 - 13,000): PHP15,000 to PHP25,000
* Rest Day Schedule (e.g. Sat and Sun): Sat and Sun
* Time of Work (e.g. 9 am to 5 pm): 1am to 10am PH time
