Description
Responsibilities:
1. Supervises (3) Three Engineers (1 persnonnel Civil /FacilitiesSection and 2 personnel General Engineering Section)
2. Generates monthly monitoring reports (Internal/External Audit, CCR Monitoring and Open Notifications
3. Summarizes Predictive Manintenance Results and Inssuance of Notifications
4. Prepares Daily Monitoring of KPSPP Shaft Seals
5. Conducts Monthly Meter Reading and its Corresponding Photo Reports
6. Assists in Preparing Documents for Jpower Audits, TUV Audiots and Others
7. Prepares Runner Cavitations Trending for KPSPP and CHEPP
8. Prepares Two-Week Inspection Checklist Executive Summary for KPSPP, CHEPP and BHEPP and Two-week Inspection Checklist Attachments for KPSPP and BHEPP
9. Prepares general Engineering Monthly KPM, KPI and its supporting documents
10. Consolidates Weekly Activities and Accomplishment Reports
11. consolidates Weekly Issued Work Orders
12. Updating of Shutdown Daily Progress Report
13. Generates Preventive, Predictive and Calibration Work Orders; Weekly Event Report (GMC); Daily Plants Satus Reports; Daily Capacity Forecast and Plant Status Repor
14. Generates Preventive Maintenance Trending
15. Verifies the Indices from Daily Operations Reports and Data in SAP
16. Performs other duty to be assigned.
Work Experience
1. Atleast 3 years experience in Clerical works
2. Atleast 3 year experience in project management/project engineering, project monitoring/implementation, verification.
3. Knowledgeable in hydro-power plant operations or its equivalent.
4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Special Qualifications
1. Candidate must be a licensed Engineer. Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer
2. Active listening, public speaking and presentation, writing skills (proficient in MS office), Verbal and non-verbal communication, negotiation, persuation, leadership, teamwork
3. Effective technical skills, the ability to work under pressure, creativity, keen in decision making
4. Preferably with knowledge in Project Management, basic accounting and can forecast budget and monitor expenditures
5. Candidate must have Cerificate /Safety training BOSH/COSH.
