The Engagement Associate will be assisting the Employee Engagement Officer in executing Employee Engagement activities both Training and Operations.
Core Responsibilities: * Coordinate with both training and operations team during planning and executing of engagement activities.
Assist the Employee Engagement officer in terms of logistics.
Assist in facilitating employee surveys to gather employee feedback.
Analyses surveys, polls, and research to look for patterns and trends.
Will help in planning Employee Engagement Activities Monthly and Yearly basis.
Observe in training classes and graduation.
Conducting research to better understand the culture and engagement needs of the organization and its target audience.
Requirements
Must complete at least College Graduate
At least 6 months relevant experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good English communication skills
Knowledge in using Microsoft Programs
Knowledge in Canva or other editing platforms
Must be willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
