Job Description * Conduct desktop surveys with preliminary data (e.g. historical utility billing analysis and facility benchmarking analysis) * Customize audit information templates with drawings and equipment schedule (e.g. lightings informati Job Description Conduct desktop surveys with preliminary data (e.g. historical utility billing analysis and facility benchmarking analysis) Customize audit information templates with drawings and equipment schedule (e.g. lightings information template, air-conditioning system information template) Plan, organize, and lead audit site surveys Perform on-site energy efficiency audits Develop and implement Site Measurement Plans and deploy equipment to document parameters such as operating times, flows, energy consumption, temperatures Analyse potential opportunities, create proposals, and present findings to clients Research on high-performance building strategies and technologies for both internal purposes and client needs Qualifications Engineering degree from an accredited university. (Building Science, Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering preferred) Strong knowledge base of energy efficiency methodology and building engineering and design Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office, especially in-depth knowledge in MS Excel Strong written and oral communication skills for customer interaction and report writing A willingness to learn and work in a team environment with extensive contact with clients Strong communication skills Energy Audit Certified Prefe Experience with BERDE and/or LEED would be an advantage Be knowledgeable on local & international standards and codes such as ASHRAE would be an advantage Able to communicate well in English Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
