About the Role:Sqyrs, a real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Promodiser to join our team. As a Promodiser, you will be responsible for introducing our company to potential clients through effective online and in-person promotional strategies. Earn basic pay plus commission.TasksResponsibilities:***Special note: You will not sell or market any real estate property.
Develop and implement innovative online marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through social media, email, and other digital channels.
Conduct in-person company presentations/demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize promotional strategies.
RequirementsQualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience is an advantage but not a requirement
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Proficiency in the use of the computer and common online tools (such as email and browsers)
At least senior high school graduate
