Encore - NAIC Biographical Affidavit Specialist
This is an ENCORE position. You must be a retired former Cigna employee to be eligible for this role. This part time role supports the Office of Corporate Secretary (OCS) team on the completion of NAIC biographical affidavits. Key partners include, but are not limited to, the Holding Company team, the statutory accounting team, the Pharmacy licensing and compliance teams.
Responsibilities:
NAIC Biographical Affidavits
Manage and track requests for and the status of NAIC biographical affidavits
Assist officers and directors of various subsidiaries in completing biographical affidavits
Generate biographical affidavits through Diligent for signature
Ensure proper execution and notarization of biographical affidavits, including coordinating with the signatory and/or his or her assistant, including printing, tabbing and mailing biographical affidavits to signatories
Deliver completed biographical affidavits to requesting party
Maintain current information in Diligent
Qualifications:
Hard working, team-oriented, well-organized, with exceptional attention to detail
Able to work independently and proactively identify issues
Able to manage and prioritize projects and able to work under time pressure
Advanced Computer Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Paralegal certificate a plus but not required
*This position is a WAH/ Flex office based position in the Philadelphia area. Must be able to go into the Philadelphia office occasionally.
